By downloading or using EZMonex, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by EZMonex by VCB Money.
Service
EZMonex lets you send USD so a recipient in Vietnam receives VND, via home delivery, pickup, or bank transfer. The rate and fees shown before you confirm may differ slightly from the processed order depending on timing and payout method.
Account requirements
You must provide accurate KYC information, verify your phone number, and send only from lawful sources. We may decline or hold an order if documents are incomplete or risk is detected.
Fees
Fees and the recipient amount appear in Fee Estimator and on the confirmation screen. Bank transfer is usually cheaper (Best Fee) than home delivery.
